when life hands you burnt lasagna, make it over again

i recently had a last minute dinner affair. i bought some cheap lasagna noodles and they took a bad turn on me and burned. that has never happened to me before and it hit me pretty hard. good thing i had a back up plan. 

in the meantime, i handed my camera off and let my guest shoot to their heart's desire.
