sometimes all you need is homemade vegan pozole, wine and bedroom karaoke with the neighbors.
i absolutely love our new neighbors! they are a breath of fresh air, and fresh air is exactly what i needed after grilling those guarillo chiles for the pozole. i was coughing so hard, i almost threw up! it was all so worth it though. we ate pozole for days and i was so sad when the pot was empty.
